Aaron Wood, raised 100% secular, had no knowledge of Jewishness until he met a Christian missionary in China. Since then, Wood had spent tons of time studying scriptures and religions and comparing them. Gradually he developed deeper and deeper appreciation of the Torah and Mitzvot - Orthodox Judaism. Being asked about his methodology, Wood praised his education in mechanical engineering, especially the training of objective analysis which eventually led him to the discovery of the Truth. After graduation with a master degree, Wood moved to Toronto, Ontario, Canada where he had worked in the field of acoustics, noise and vibration for several years. Recently he moved to Israel to study in Yeshivat Aish HaTorah, opposite the Kotel in the old City of Jerusalem. For more of his story, please read his Journey from China to Israel.
