巴勒斯坦的由来（二）Palestinians, Invaders, Occupiers

在《巴勒斯坦的由来》一文中谈到了“巴勒斯坦”这个地名的由来：古代罗马人征服了犹太人家园之后把以色列地改名叫“巴勒斯坦”。这个地名来源于希伯来语，经由希腊语和拉丁语进入英语，然后从英语翻译成汉语。
配图最上面的一行用希伯来字母书写，并且加上了注音符号。
第二行是用英文字母（拉丁字母）表示这个希伯来词的发音。
第三行是用汉字表示那个希伯来词的发音。
第四行是这个希伯来词的一种汉语翻译。
第五行是这个希伯来词的另一种汉语翻译。
《巴勒斯坦的由来》一文提到“培肋舍特人是海上入侵民族”这种说法是有原因的，一方面确实从非犹太人的文章中听到过这样的说法（尚未考证犹太人的文章中是否也有这样的说法），另一方面“培肋舍特人”的词源确实有“入侵”这个意思。
配图第一行有三个红色希伯来字母。这三个字母（顺序从右到左）是“破利施丁”的词根，这个词根作为动词确实有“入侵(invade)”的词义。也许“培肋舍特人”这个词的本义是“入侵者”。
到了现代，阿拉伯人通过战争占领了约旦河以西大片犹太人故土，这些占领者后来借用“巴勒斯坦人”这个词自称的时候，应当没注意到“巴勒斯坦人”这个词的本义。虽然这些人没有注意到，却在不经意间说出了实情。可惜人们大多不知道巴勒斯坦的由来，还真被这些“巴勒斯坦人”唬住了，误以为他们是“原住民”。
