Like my friend told me, change is hard. It requires changing.

We are always in the process of change. Of course. Hard to recognize sometimes. And even more difficult to internalize. And find acceptance, as we are all assume that the people we know are the same as we know, them every day.

So here might be a way…. to find some courage in the change…

Start the day with a list of your gratitude.

End the day with a list of your pride.

The rest of the hours? Just enjoy the ride.

I humbly thank you for all your dedication to our practice, and to reading my ramblings.

We will be off for the Passover holiday, Monday April 14-Monday April 22nd.

Class will resume Wednesday April 23 at 10 am @Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills.

***but feel free to join me at U STUDIO TUESDAY THE 22ND 10:30 AM 5410 WILSHIRE BLVD.
