This season of “Eretz Nehederet,” Israel’s version of “Saturday Night Live,” features a running parody of a Birthright trip to Israel that mocks American Jews for their enthusiasm and naivite (and obesity and JAPpiness, of course) and Israelis for their gold-digging and trigger fingers. Who is the Jewish Journal editor responsible for selecting this sophomoric, defamatory, idiotic “parody” which insults the intelligence and wastes the time of the Jewish Journal audience
WE ARE MORE INTELLIGENT THAN YOU THINK. Please use your time and space for the issues
If this had appeared in a secular publication ,the intentional insult to Jews would have been clear. This stereotype should be considered offensive by everyone, Jewish and non-Jewish
The Jewish Journal is responsible to the Jewish community. It derives its financial support (lifeblood) from Jewish organizations & advertisers soliciting the Jewish community for their business.
Shame on you!
