Congressional candidate claims ‘Holocaust never happened’

Any American can run for political office. That’s one of the things that makes this country so great. But we have to take the bad with the good—and sometimes we get a congressional candidate saying that the “Holocaust never happened.”

Yep, that would be Art Jones, a Illinois Republican who, according to Oak Lawn Patch, celebrates Hitler’s birthday with family-friendly neo-Nazi events.

In fact, part of Jones’ platform could be dubbed the anti-AIPAC agenda. Jones, who says, “Philosophically, I’m a National Socialist,” told Oak Lawn Patch:

“As far as I’m concerned, the Holocaust is nothing more than an international extortion racket by the Jews,” Jones said. “It’s the blackest lie in history. Millions of dollars are being made by Jews telling this tale of woe and misfortune in books, movies, plays and TV.

“The more survivors, the more lies that are told.”

Kind of reminds me of this guy. Fortunately, I don’t think we need to worry about Mr. Jones going to Washington.
