That “macher” could, and should, go f—- himself. To equate a bunch of billionaires being left destitute with just one hundred million to their name with the Holocaust is one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever heard. May only horrible things happen to that Macher. And SHAME on you guys for publishing him in such a way as to give his disgusting words any credence.

In every country they have ever lived in many Jews have tended to be white-collar criminals.  That is an indisputable fact.

Somewhere between 40-50% of America’s billionaires are ethnic Jews even though they are only 2-3% of the the overall population - that makes me wonder how many other Madoffs are lurking amongst these people…

Let’s see now…...when something bad happens, let’s pull out the “h” card. As an American (non-jew by the way)I can only say, please stop. I’m tired of reading/hearing about it in the mainstream media. If jews can’t let it go, perhaps keep it in their own forums. There’s been many acts of genocide upon many undeserving, jews seem to think they’re the only ones to have ever been persecuted.

Bernie Madoff just happened to get caught, perpetrating this “alone”, I think not. It will be interesting to see if others are found to be accountable- time will tell.

It is not the end of the Jews, it is just money.  Money comes and money goes, nothing new about that.

The problem is that money worship had replaced religion and that was asking for Divine trouble.

Think of all the poor Jews who could have been helped with a bit of anonymous charity if the Jewish community had invested in people more than in investment papers sold by this sheister.

If there is fodder in this - it is fodder for thought about actions and what we worship.  Judaism is a religion that worships G-d, it is not a culture adoring money and fashion.

We get trouble every time we, as a people, forget this fact about Judaism.  Check history, happens over and over.

I seriously doubt that the Madoff acandal will get the press and demonization by Democrats like the Enron and Worldcom scandal.  Why?  Well, it appears that many of the perps and victims were wealthy Jews and very likely liberal Democrats.  Follow the money and see how much went to Democrat politicians and Obama—won’t happen.  Jack

Jack, your comment already rings true. In this mornings Boston Globe there was no mention of the Madoff incident- go figure. A highly liberal/jewish slanted paper had nothing to write about a liberal democrat supporter gone astray. I followed the money & couldn’t find any going to the republicans (not that there’s anything wrong with that), but ALL of the donations were to the dem’s.

I expect to see some handwringing in the Globe soon regarding the Lappin Foundation though…...racist non-profit organization that they are(against inter-marriage & assimulation).

Julie, I don’t think Mr. Madoff had any particular group in mind when he undertook this endeavor. It just happened to be the circle he ran in, I don’t think he singled any one group out. Also, for your information jews also make money for other jews, are they unappreciated also? I think Rachel-Dina is right in the respect that it was a social club taking the hit, religion(whoevers….), being an innocent bystander that got caught in the maelstrom.

You know, Jenna Jameson claims to be a good Catholic girl, but that doesn’t reflect on all Catholics; R Kelly is a deviant, but that doesn’t mean all black singers are deviants; George Bush is a less-than-genius white man from Texas, but I know a lot of really intelligent white guys from Texas. The juxtaposition is fair enough. My problem is that you are attacking values that mean a lot to a group of people by showcasing individual members of that group who did not live up to those values.

By that measure, every Christian would be a judgment against Christianity, because no Christian can live up to Christian values. That is, after all, the message of the Gospels.

Brad, I know I’m reaching here, but by that, are Mr. Martini’s points valid if he uses percentages verses others? Why not compare apples to apples? I’ll end it by saying I don’t feel as though I’m superior to anyone, and am usually hardest on myself. I understand that I’m on a religious based forum, but whatever transgressions Mr. Madoff foisted on others, I don’t believe it was directed @ jews. Nor should it take anything away from being jewish, but to be exclusionary brings more harm than good.

Of course Rachel-Dina’s comment is nice and deserves kudos, but I want to offer my DEEPEST bow to Martini (I’m the aboriginal commentor, by the way).

I surely agree with the anti-semites that prostituting the Holocaust for every billionaire who loses a few million is a repulsive travesty that testifies to that person’s sleazy character, but that doesn’t mean that I stand with them against the Jews. Antisemites are abundant, partially by OUR fault, but entirely of THEIR fault. We can recognize that not everything they say about Jews is inaccurate while simultaneously calling them to their faces the pitiful half-humans that they are.

I don’t think I have ever seen anything quite so delusional or infused witb hatred of the majority gentile nation(the US)(and anyone who isn’t a jew) without whose support the jews would still be a wandering tribe.

It’s apparent from this guy’s comment that there are some good reasons why the jews were disliked and expelled from country after country thruout history…they were too influenced by and identified with the jews like this nutcase.

I use to think that all people were bascially alike but over the past few years of observing the jewish community in the US and the Israeli actions in the ME I am gaining a new appreciation for my own gentile heritage. We appear to be the only race that has ever suceeded in building democratic societies or countries or enterprises and actually kept them going. And actually included others in ouropportunities, minorities like the jews, and in our success.

Something the Jews have never and apparently never will be able to acheive…due to their own delusions about themselves…which like Martini H. Leaf’s rant, as any psycharist will tell you, is a protective defense that actually comes from a deep sense of inferiority..not from actually believing they are superior. . . . in the filming of ‘The French Connection’ (1971!), during a break in filming in New York’s diamond district an extra dressed as a Hasid bought a hot dog off a sidewalk stand. A passing Hasidic man knocked it out of his hand and shouted at the poor fellow in Yiddish until he got the explanation. Of course he apologized and bought the actor another hot dog.

It’s a long story, but Brad really isn’t Jewish. As such, I have found that he really is continuously surprised at the extent and depth of antisemitism; “No one knows what it’s like ... To be hated ... Behind brown eyes”. Yes, it is irrational to have large groups and masses of people devote time and money to destroying, killing,  one, it is easier and even makes more sense to assume that Jews are just paranoid.

re Madoff - Madoff is an amoral psychopath, and the only Jewish connection here is that because of his origins he found it easiest to scam Jews. What he did was not a Jewish act, he did not do it because of his Jewish origins, and it does not characterize any other Jews.

Yes, the Jews are a puzzle. But maybe things are simpler than they seem. It’s not the hooked noses, it’s not the swarthiness, it’s not those ear to ear wide mouths. It’s not about race at all. There are other nations, even uglier than Jews.

It’s all about behaviour. So many Jews have under such long times behaved so badly towards the others that the others had seen it fit to either contain them in ghettos, to expel them from their countries or to simply exterminate them.

I’d like to throw out a suggestion to any fellow members of the tribe who may be reading this (and who also aren’t anti-semites themselves, that cuts down on the percentages quite a bit):

How about we do it?

How about we actually start to act like the “tribal” people that our enemies so assume that we are? How about we actually convene a host of “elders” (so to speak) - the titans of hollywood, finance, government, literature and science - and ACTUALLY CONSPIRE TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD?? My own personal preference would be to take over the world so as to be better manage it for the increased health and happiness of all, but I’m open to considering some “enslave the goyim for our benefit” options, I’ll be open-minded here…

Seriously, we ARE the most talented people on the face of the Earth (if a bit outnumbered by the hordes) and I think we’d give those who hate us (and who will hate us no matter what) a run for their money.

We can’t bring them over to our side by trying to get rid of finance, which we excel at (I seem to recollect a lack of appreciation for some of our bretheren’s communist leanings)  and we can’t win them over by producing Ayn Rand and all of the great Gods of the Libertarian movement who say “individual, succeed!”

No matter what, some large group of goyim will hate our guts, excuse history’s worst killers and twist their (often semi-intelligent) brains inside out to explain how we’re the most evil people on the face of the Earth.

So, again, my suggestion. Achdus. Unity. Get together as a group, work for each others’ benefit (as people amazingly assume we do ANYWAY) and become the dominant nation on the planet.

I say we’d be outnumbered but with a bit of that rumored Jewish genius for conspiratorial scheming I think we might have a shot.

Of course this CAN’T really happen because Jews are the LEAST monolithic of people and the very WORST at following orders from some sort of central command (which helps explain why there were so few revolts against the Nazis as they murdered our millions and why the rich, militarily powerful and super-intelligent Jewish State has about a 50% chance of making it through the next fifty years). If we’re monolithic at ANYTHING it’s at being contrarians, and surrounded by each other we’d just schism off into thousands of tiny groups.

But, should you choose to unafraidly open your eyes and notice how AMAZINGLY COMMON strong antisemitic feelings are IN THIS COUNTRY AND FROM ALL SORTS OF REGULAR PEOPLE you’ll see that considering an option of actual unity for the sake of thinking of ourselves as members of the Jewish nation and having the motto “Jew first” etched into our spirits - is a worthy thought for consideration, at least.

None of which is to say that the “Holocaust!” criers and constant pointers of antisemitism and imposers of the conspiracy of silence regarding ACCURATE FACTS about Jewish demographics are not somewhat to blame for the roiling antisemitism that is coming to the fore among some of our countrymen. The test of a real hardcore Jew hater, that is infected to that person’s very soul is this: If that Jew hater is willing to destroy themself in order to harm Jews, then that person is one of the many true to the soul, Jew haters (you can call them Amalekites). 
It strikes me that Julie, Karin, EZRA, etc etc are good candidates for being Amalakites. Remember folks, Germany was willing to lose it all by diverting precious resources they needed to win the war, just to murder Jews.

Talk about hate! Anyone who dictates to you (or me) who you can be friends with are people who are hateful. I know people who voted for McCain and told me they lost friends over it. The mentality of other people should not influence your freedom to think for yourself.

It is so juvenile for people to disown a friendship for a different prospective on politics or history. I have nothing to be ashamed about! Nor should you! Instead society should strive for more dialogue and a better understanding of different views. Not to pathologize the other person’s likes or dislikes. But to work through them in a friendly manner, and not in a militant or belligerent way.

The two closest advisers in my life are my lawyer and my accountant. Both are Jewish. My accountant was born in Israel and my lawyer is a German-Jew who thinks more like a Nazi than most Germans of yesteryear. My lawyer and accountant love to debate me and we never agree on 95% on anything political or historical. But we love each other as friends for over 20 years going to each other’s family funerals or weddings.

Hate is toxic! I am not anti-Semitic or a racist, but the opposite. I am saying to the elite—-“Look in the mirror and then tell me who is the hateful one!”

People go to jail for the work that I do. THAT IS SICK!!! And there is nothing hateful or anti-Semitic in my books or writings. If you disagree with a claim that Jewish groups have a vested interest in—you get called an anti-Semite. If you or me disagree with the Catholic church does anyone make the ludicrous claim that you and I must be hateful of Catholics?

Constructive critique or criticism is what I strive for in my work. I am a one man shop with 19 books that I publish that specialize in the Holocaust. A subject that I have been fascinated with since childhood, because my father was in a Nazi concentration camp. My father told me things that was different from the non-revisionist history books I grew-up reading.

But I also realize it is an emotional subject for many people. Also, to my chagrin, a very boring subject for many people. The latter sentiment shocks me—-how can it be boring? But instead of disowning them as friends, I try to understand why they find it boring.

Yesterday I met ex-governor Elliot Spitzer in the post office. I went up to him and shook his hands telling him: “I think you are a great man”. And in return, he in a choked-up voice and teary eyed said back to me: “Thank you, you made my day.”  If he knew I was a Holocaust Revisionist would he have shook my hand? I don’t know. All I know is I want to live my life with as much understanding as possible.

The Jewish-American professor Norman Finkelstein who wrote a book titled The Holocaust Industry cannot enter Israel since there is warrant for his arrest for his THOUGHT CRIMES for writing the book. Mind boggling! And both his parents are survivors of the concentration camps.

What sort of TRUTH is it, that crushes the freedom to seek the truth?

Don’t let people tell you who you can read or write to or be friends with. To do so is like ordering soup, and letting the waiter eat it and you pay for it.

Famous hopeless humanist leftist Amos Oz had about five minutes of moral clarity a few years ago (he has since relapsed), when he realized that in the run-up to the Holocaust all the world was shouting “Jews out to Palestine”, while all the Arabs shouted “Jews out of Palestine”. In that light, especially when the Arabs and Nazis (Mufti Husseini and Hitler) got together the Holocaust was inevitable. All legal and everything, for those in favor of the rule of law in evacuating Jewish ‘settlements’, etc,.

Consider the possibility that Bernie Madoff wasn’t just another Jewish crook from the get-go. He may well have started out as an honest guy, made lots of money honestly, and charitably given away quite a bit of it that was his to give. But the markets turned on him so viciously that he was driven by desperation to cover up his losses. Some men in his position might have killed themselves, but he simply took another way out, perhaps hopeful that his investments would recover before anyone found him out.  This is not an innocent explanation of his crimes, for sure, but it nonetheless undercuts the argument that because he was smart and Jewish, he was destined to steal.

Y’know Leaf, I really know where you are coming from, and I have my moments myself in the right situation. But the ‘intelligence’ argument is a loser for many reasons. Not because it is wrong, but because it is backwards. Sure, the accumulated effect of dozens of centuries of divinely mandated sexual and social hygiene probably has some kind of beneficial effect, but that’s not really why Jews test out better. The reasons are the effects of cultural values on learning, of an intellectual meritocracy, of living by our wits, and all that is reason for more pride than just a genetic endowment as far as I am concerned. The Jewish value system places far more emphasis on what you do than what you are. If there are far more good-hearted ordinary guys than brilliant jerks it means the system is working.

I have learnt that there will always be morons who have bigoted hearts. Such is the human condition that people have flaws (some more than others) and some are totally misguided and attempt to cause hurt to others who they shouldnt.

I’m not sure if everyone realizes this but millions of Jews died during WWII.  We should all have sympathy for them because of this.  I went to the holocaust museum in Washington DC and saw all about this.  And I must admit that DC is the perfect location for this museum! I mean, being the capitol of the USA it is the ideal place for a museum about the holocaust! Let’s all wait until Madoff goes to trial before we jump to any conclusions.  He may be innocent.  And he may have lost his parents in the holocaust!!

One more thing I think is worth mentioning. It has been my experience that most people who are bigots, racists etc… are for the most part people with profound personal problems.

One of the reasons I advocate not rolling in the mud with such people is because if one realizes that one is dealing with someone who is not well adjusted or in the case of some of these conspiracy theorists - lacks sanity on some level; it is really beneath anyone who is relatively balanced to argue with such people.

In the same way - you would probably feel sorry for someone in a nut house - it is not worth ones time to argue or even to get upset with idiocy on the internet.

I do however advocate speaking ones mind on issues in general in order to discuss in a respectful manner the reality of an issue. 

The main issue I brought up earlier (just to clarify) is that most people who label individuals within a group like this tend to do so out of fear and hatred rather than reason. In addition, many others who are influenced by such thinking sometimes lack the capacity to understand the complexity of the individual within a group and instead choose to make generalizations

Ben, I looked over eretzyisroel.  It is verrrry good.  Rabbi Katz produces some very convincing proof that we Jews did not steal the land from the Palestinians.  Palestinians were in fact “sea faring” people.  Perhaps Greeks. They were not land dwelling Arabs. There is a certain interaction going on here that I want to highlight and make obvious. Moshe continues to bring up that God of Israel gave the land of Israel to the nation of Israel and that is true. But the purpose of the statement is designed to dismiss the idea by narrowing the claim to a religious one, which in today’s terms is subjective and arguable.

There are in fact many bases for the claim, each independently sufficient. The website http://www.eretzyisroel.org in fact proves the opposite of what Moshe claims to have found, and I encourage anyone with an interest in the topic to peruse it to great benefit and enjoyment.

As http://www.eretzyisroel.org documents, the people today called Palestinians since about 1969 with very few exceptions were foreign migrant workers from Egypt, Syria, Iraq, North Africa etc. who came to benefit from the Jewish Zionist investment in Palestine.

They have nothing to do with the ancient sea-faring Greek-type Philistines. In fact that was never considered before about 1990 in an attempt to pre-empt the claim of the Jews by historic precedence, and it would not work anyway since the Philistines were white European colonialist invaders confined to the area of Gaza, and were destroyed by the Babylonians like everyone else except for the Jews. They had been gone for a thousand years when the Romans named Judea after the name of Israel’s ancient enemies in an effort to erase the identity of Israel with the Jews. This was centuries before the Arab invasion of Jewish ‘Palestine’.

Here’s one truth: Jews are not monothic. Some Jews are all about money. Many Jews are all about tikkun olam, meaning caring for the Other. Many Jews are kind and practise lovingkindness. Many of us care about the Other, Many Jews go out of their way to help non-jews like those in Darfur; Many of us Jews care about non jews. You do not need to state the obvious. Noone in their right mind would compare all people or even the vast majority of people to one person in a religious or ethnic group who has done bad things. Those who
choose to paint or tar “with the same brush” not only miss out on the diversity of human beings but also the potential of understanding the beauty and complexity of what people are.

Hatred often comes out of fear I find and fear often out of confusion and panic. I would not be at all surprised if many of the bigots, racists, nativists posting have personal issues that translate into such hatred unfortunately for everyone else on earth.

In other words Wendy; it is their problem in this case. Do not feel you have to defend yourself simply because you happen to be of an ethnic group. Not all jews are Bernie Madoff’s.  Steven Spielberg has made some great movies.  Check out Schindler’s List!  And contrary to what the some would have you believe, the media is NOT controlled by the Jews.  Jews are very open and honest people.  They always tell the truth.  They would never deal in propaganda, or try to hide the truth.  I’m sure everyone believes this already though.

If your first response is to try and justify this suffering by the state of African govt, US prison stats, etc., go to the nearest restroom and take a good hard look in the mirror so you’ll know what a real racist looks like.  There’s NO VALID EXCUSE for discrimination against law-abiding blacks in favor of white felons.  There’s NO moral basis to argue that the US should have rescued Jews from Hitler but not the Congolese from militants.

The modern racist threat is not from Nazis or Pharaoh.  It’s from employers and investors (also educators and police) who regularly use race as a proxy for merit in deciding who to deal with and who to trust.  Ironically, this deplorable and lazy method of vetting is to their own detriment because it blinds them to the truth and keeps out the best talent.  Madoff’s investors trusted him *in part* because he ran in their Jewish country club circles.  If a black, impecabbly resumed fund manager came to the country club promising 10% returns, do you think they would have handed over their entire portfolios or billions of dollars no questions asked like they did for Madoff?  Not a chance, not to the tune of $50BN.

An earlier post stated that Madoff may have only started his scheme to cover up earlier losses (no evidence of this, by the way), as if that is at all relevant.  He wouldn’t have been the first to lose money in the markets.  He could have found a different line of work.  The arrogance to think that saving face is a valid defense for massive fraud is mind-boggling.  You’re probably the same morally bankrupt kind of person who would tell your child to cheat on a test becase he flunked the last test.  A good, moral person would tell their child to study harder or switch majors to something he’s good at.

By the way, if you want to diminish anti-Semitism, stop referring to yourself as the “chosen people.”  Give to more high-profile causes in Africa and poor minority neighborhoods, like WASPs do (Gates, Buffett, Bono, Jolie, etc.)  Denounce the opening of Jewish-owned pawn shops, liquor stores and gun stores in minority neighborhoods if you would not allow them in your own neighborhoods.  If you hear a friend or relative saying racist things, tell them to stop.

Get it straight - the US did not rescue the Jews from Hitler and nobody rescued the Jews from Hitler. Nobody. The US did not enter the war until Pearl Harbor. Learn some history. On the other hand, maybe you are not old enough to remember why the US entered Somalia. Leaf, you cited some statistics supposedly proving the superiority of Jews.  In some respects this may reflect the excellent condition of Jews with respect to education, achievement, acquisition, and so on.  However what you are missing is that it reflects poorly on the ability of Jews to reconcile the condition of non-Jews in the world.  If you believe that G-d’s purpose to be merely a competition of His people to gain superiority and power over others, then perhaps you should look first at the condition of your heart and not the wealth of your people.

What you should ask yourself in terms of who is in prison is whether they arrived there following the dictates of Christ or of Mohammed or whether in fact they have fallen away from them.  Many claim the name of Christ or Islam or Moses but do not live accordingly.

The real question is not whether statistically one group attains superiority over another.

Perhaps you will ask yourself if you have a heart of condemnation or of grace.  Do you accept G-d’s judgment on you according to your deeds, by the same measure that you condemn others?  Or is yours a heart of mercy?

I have nothing against anyone and not against you personally either, I am just offering this as something to think about.

There Not to repeat myself in full, but the so-called superiority of Jews is in direct proportion to their proximity to living in accordance with God’s will as expressed in the Biblical revelation at Mount Sinai. It is not the mission of Jews ‘to gain superiority and power over others’, because those things are merely by-products of conformance to service of God. The history of the world in a nutshell is humanity screwing up and God saying to them “If you people can’t get it together and fulfill the covenants of Adam/Noah, then I will create my own brand new nation from my faithful servants Abraham/Isaac/Jacob (Israel) under my own law and its mission is to be a kingdom of priests and a holy nation; a prototypical nation in a prototypical land under prototypical law.

All this cultural jazz is just that; people like Bernie Madoff act as humans in general and not Jews in particular. The difference is that if Madoff’s name was Madici or Madewell or Madougal he would just be a jerk. Because his name is Madoff all we hear is “You see! That’s why people hate the Jews!”

The average Jewish person is down to earth and decent, as with any organised religion it is the extremely brainwashed, bigoted sheep that is the issue. Nearly married a Jewish girl, as a gentile though could never convert. Regarding old Bernie, just another greedy human being showing human nature.
Regarding Speilberg, he makes some good movies, I just wonder why he and others have never made a movie on the 1948 genocide of The Palestinians to create Israel?

Obviously, Madoff lost sight of the fact that there are some things worth more than money in this world — namely, your standing within the community. The Bible is right, “Today has enough trouble of it’s own.” Not having money is maybe less stressful than having it taken away. Some people obsess over hidden treasure.  Dreams of finding some vast hidden treasure out on some Caribbean Island is usually a byproduct of watching too many pirate movies and not researching what actually went on with them.  (Most pirate raids were for primarily two things, food and booze.)  Anyway, a lot of people are looking for where Madoff stashed his loot, and they’d get some short term loans to try and find out just where it was he hid it.  It is highly unlikely that he hid a treasure chest full of cash and bond coupons, so anyone looking to get out the metal detector will just have to get used to disappointment – as they won’t likely find any of his hidden treasure. http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/2009/03/18/buried-treasure-madoff-hide-billions/

Authorities have discovered that about the only money on the planet that Bernie Madoff wasn’t managing was the Madoff family fortune. That’s been found in Europe, where employees of Madoff Securities International dutifully managed it for them…may I correct..?

Jews are parasites. Do your research, the jews are taught from the torah and talmud to abuse and fock over anyone who is not jewish. They even have a name for the non-jewish people (called goi or goyim). The jews tell goy jokes at parties about how they mistreat, abuse, steal from the stupid goy. If jews are exterminated, the planet would be able to evolve and we could some day have “civilized” people. Until the jew problem is removed, we are doomed.
