Americans favor Obama over Jesus

From the RNS Blog:
According to a Harris poll released yesterday, more Americans (aged 18 and older) pick Barack Obama as their hero than choose Jesus.
JC came in #2, followed by MLK, Reagan, W, and Honest Abe.
God came in 11th.
Then all 2,634 participants in the poll were struck by lightning.

I’m surprised that JC consistently ranks at the highest of these type of polls. I mean I love him and all but if someone asked me who my hero is I would say Jack Bauer.
I thought Obama WAS the “Christ”?
If I were asked to pick my hero, I’d assume it was implied that it had to be a mortal human being.
