I have a policy - when you don’t know what to do, read. Reading helps give me new perspective and insight that will often strike an ‘aha’ moment where I come up with an effective strategy. For business plan writing: Pick up any book that has an actual guide with sections to complete to so you can follow it easily.

For inspiration: List a few business people you admire and read their biographies. For example, Richard Branson, Howard Schultz, Steve Jobs, etc.
