The occasion: to honor outgoing Federation Chairman of the Board Lionel Bell and to welcome the incoming designated Chairman Todd Morgan, who assumes office January 18. It was a festive occasion with plenty of food, speeches (all of them brief) and warmth. In a sense, a gathering of friends.
