    Today I start week 4 of my weight loss challenge and I am motivated but disappointed. I lost 1.3 pounds during week 3 , so while shy of my 1.86 goal, with the etra weight I lost on week 1 and 2, I am on track for my final goal. It was a hard week and I have only myself to blame.
