Don't have time in the morning for breakfast? Neither do I. We are all busy people with many important things to do, but I am certain that if I have 2 minutes, than you definitely have 2 minutes to spare to make the mother of all superfood loaded, energy boosting, super quick, and easy-make breakfast. I have written in previous posts about the importance of not skipping breakfast http://www.expresshometrainer.com/break-the-fast-quick-breakfast-recipes/

If you allow me 2 minutes, I will give you the most delicious, nutritious, energy boosting, superfood loaded, vitamin-filled, mineral-charged, fat burning, metabolism boosting breakfast you've ever eaten in your life. Simple to make; just add all ingredients to a bowl, mix, and eat. The recipe below is my absolutely favorite recipe, but feel free to substitute items in the recipe to raspberries, boysenberries and your favorite nuts if you don't like walnuts or pistachios.

Make sure to use top quality, fresh ingredients when preparing this 2 minute, easy-make breakfast. By doing so, you ensure maximum intake of nutritious vitamins and antioxidants, and giving you the energy boost you need for your day.

If you're not familiar with Bee Pollen:

Bee Pollen is made by- drum roll for the obvious, please- bees! They use it to feed their young, and contains most of the nutrients that humans need to be healthy. Did you know that bee pollen is considered to be one of Mother Nature's completely nourishing foods? All that health packed into some yellow powder that comes from flowers. Amazing!

Bee-gathered pollens are rich in proteins (approximately 40% protein), free amino acids, vitamins, including B-complex, and folic acid.

Bee pollen is a complete food and unlike many animal-made products, contain many more elements; it is also richer in protein than other animal sources. For example, it contains a higher amount of amino acids than beef, eggs, or any other dairy product, and half of its proteins come in the form of free amino acids that our bodies are craving to use.

Sine forge benefits of bee pollen:

Energy enhancer; skin soother; great for treating allergies; and boosts the immune system.
