The At-Home SWEAT Series Pt. 2- 10 Minute Body Sculpting

Once again, this will give you a long lean sexy look, combining my weight training method and yoga elements. These ten minutes are exactly what you need when you have little time, but want to squeeze in a workout. Repeat each exercise twice- 25-35 reps each. Yoga mat and dumbbells only. Completely based on my revolutionary body trimming method (the opposite of body building).

My body trimming works three to four different body parts at a time, back to back, no rest in between, very light weight, and extremely high repetitions. Also, I am adding cardio and yoga elements, as well as core and stretching to your weight training. You are practically guaranteed the long, lean body. Think of it as, instead of taking 3-4 different classes, you get the total workout in one session. As if it doesn't get any better than that, I cater to your stamina levels and schedule, by allowing you to design it according to your day, your busyness, and your lifestyle. It's up to you to make it as long or as short as you want- as short as 10 minutes, to as long as 45. You're the boss, I am just here to serve you.

Dead Lifts (fold all the way down)


Dumbell Pull Downs

Mini Squats

Triceps Kickback


Knees In and Out Crunches

Superman Pose

Bow Pose

Half Pigeon (make your legs into the shape of a 7)
