One-Minute Probiotic Rich Breakfast

Probiotics are basically good bacteria and they are important for your gut’s health and well being. They help to repair gut flora.They also keep the intestines healthy, and assisst in digesting food. Probiotics help maintain weight loss with those with obesity, who have received weight loss surgery. Not only that, probiotics stimulate immune response, help urinary tract infections disappear,and is helpful for people with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome).
Probiotic rich foods:

Plain, unflavored yogurt
Kefir
Sauerkraut
Miso
Pickles
Tempeh
Kimchi
Kombucha tea.

Serves 2

Ingredients

1/2 Cup blueberries
1/2 Cup Strawberries
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
2 cups plain kefir
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut


Preparation
1. In two medium bowls add all ingredients.
