Celebrity personal assistant turned Wellness Nerd. Home cook turned Kitchen Professor. Health & Wellness/Life coach in training. Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics Pending.

My goal in launching Relish Life is to support you in making small delicious changes for a better, healthier and more inspired life. Relish Life isn’t just about good eating and easy cooking, it is about awakening the connection with your mind, body, and soul in order to lead your happiest life.

Having spent a good part of my life not eating right, over exercising, and comparing myself to skinny girls, I realized there had to be a better way to live.  I spent years working with nutritionists, learning what to eat and when, but I still didn’t like my body and felt something was missing.  It wasn’t until I started doing work on my mind and soul that I began to feel happier, and stopped living in fear of my body. I recognized the deep and subtle connection between the Mind, Body, and Soul that needs to be nurtured and tended to in order to “fix” whatever challenges we are facing.  This may sound scary and/or crazy, but I assure you that all that is required are simple adjustments to your daily life to bring mindfulness and awareness to who you really are.

I am available for affordable, private cooking classes geared towards novices (you know who you are) in the LA area. I can support you in learning to make easy, simple, nutritious, and delicious food. I am also available for coaching at a reduced fee as I complete course work in life/wellness coaching and an R.D.  Please send me an email to inquire. arielleadelman@yahoo.com
