Israel’s Air Force bombed a weapons factory in Gaza after rockets launched from Gaza struck Israel.

The Israeli planes scored a direct hit in the early Tuesday morning raid, according to the Israel Defense Forces.

On Monday night the Color Red warning siren sounded in southern Israel near the border with Gaza before the rocket landed in an open area. No injuries or damage were reported.

The last rocket from Gaza that targeted Israel was on Aug. 31.

Some 145 rockets and 46 mortars were fired into Israel by Palestinian terrorists in the Gaza Strip during the month of August, according to the IDF.
