Kanye West compares himself to Hitler

The popular rapper Kanye West was booed at a concert in England after comparing himself to Hitler.

“I walk through the hotel and I walk down the street, and people look at me like I’m (expletive) insane, like I’m Hitler,” West told an audience of 40,000 over the weekend at the Big Chill Festival.

As the audience booed, he said, “One day the light will shine through, and one day people will understand everything I ever did.”

I hate this guy so much. How can he make such disturbing comments?? Who the hell thinks of comparing themselves to that?? MF.

He is the dumbest, most repulsive thing walking, without one iota of talent.  He got by on chutzpah, no artistic merit whatsoever, just a dumb jivin rapper who should be booed off all the stages of the world.  Any producer who books him deserves to lose all their money.  Comparing himself to Hitler is right, he is a megalomaniac just like Hitler was and also a psychopath in the same manner.  Let us all boycott his product, and his shows.

i think this was taken out of context a bit. comparing would mean he shares hitler’s ideals, which he clearly does not. he’s just saying that he feels people are giving him looks as if hes the most evil thing in the world. one of the dumbest? possibly. one of the most evil? no

Dear Joe,
Thank you for your response to my comment.  I just want to point out that I did not use the word “evil”, or “the most evil thing in the world”  in my post.  I did, however, say he is a megalomaniac, just like Hitler.  Wouldn’t you agree?  And why should we support the kind of behavior he displays at important award shows and such?
