What do you think about the earthquake today Ben?

  I was standing in the living room and once the duality stopped because of fear, and the swaying began I just went with it. It goes up to your head and makes you light headed and swishy like water.

    kind of reminded me of swaying in prayer.

I was in my car at a stoplight in Westwood.  It felt like someone was jumping up and down on my bumper.

It took me a second to realize what was up, then I turned on KNX newsradio and they were all like “Hey, it’s still shaking here in the studio.“  It seemed to keep rolling for 30 seconds.

I saw the LAFD trucks rollout of the firehouse on emergency standby, and some folks seemed to be in a big hurry to get out at least one highrise office building on Wilshire.

I got through to Adam at the JJ office and he said everything there was OK.

Later, my sister called from the East coast, but she said she was calling on Mom’s behalf.

I was sitting in bed thinking about stuff, and then the room started shaking. I quicky ran to the doorway and stood there waiting for it to be over.  Then I went to the kitchen.  Heard on the news that there was no major injuries, bh.  Glad it wasn’t like the one in ‘94.  But anything can still happen
