Steven Spielberg is in talks to direct a movie about the life of Moses.
The film, “Gods and Kings,” is based on a script by Michael Green and Stuart Hazeldine. According to reports, Spielberg has entered formal talks with Warner Bros. to be the film’s director.
Spielberg, 64, an Academy Award winner for “Schindler’s List” and other films, also is known for his involvement in Jewish causes, particularly through his work with the Shoah Foundation, which collects video testimonials from Holocaust survivors. Spielberg reportedly also had a hand in the decision to produce “The Prince of Egypt,” a 1998 animated film loosely based on the Book of Exodus.

I have produced a DVD/CD and am now working on a book called Return to Mecca that shows that the 40 years in the desert was in Arabia and that Moses knew that Jethro, the High Priest of Midian was also the high priest of the Ka’abah, hence the Jewish phylacteries.
The land of Arabia was promised to Israel in Deuteronomy 11 hence Osama bin Laden said: “We must kill all the Jews and destroy Israel lest they take Mecca and Medina which they claim as theirs.”
Shalom from Avi Lipkin, presently in Kedar, Israel.
