Can A Law Truly Mandate Family Communication?

Prop 4 would amend the constitution to prohibit abortion for unemancipated minors until 48 hours after a physician notifies the minor’s parent, legal guardian or, if parental abuse has been reported, an alternative adult family member. 

Prop 4 Puts our teens at risk.
