You are invited to the Hottest New Years Eve Bash in Southern California, highlighting an unforgettable night of music, magic and miracles.  Experience Rhythm and Rio’s Carnevale – a world of exotic samba dancers, strolling jesters, mystic tarot card readers, costumed snake charmers and entertaining stilt walkers.
