The Rabbi Levi Meier Memorial Lecture on Jewish Values in Patient Care was established in 2009 by the Meier family as one of the ways to honor the legacy of Rabbi Meier’s 30 years of service and dedication to CSMC. Now generously supported by the Bernard and Gloria Salick Foundation in memory of Blanch and Max Martin Salick, this annual Lectureship brings to CSMC acclaimed scholars and practitioners who embody the spirit of Rabbi Meier and his fervent belief that especially when caring for the sick, we all should act so as to be a blessing in every interaction. Rabbi Dr. Aaron Glatt will be the featured speaker this year.
