Neck and Shoulder Care Basics with Yoga
In this class, we will practice a yoga sequence designed to expand, strengthen and realign the neck and shoulder area. Please do not eat for at least two hours prior to class. Wear comfortable exercise clothing and bare feet.
Neck and shoulder problems can be very painful and difficult. We will work to align the neck with the rest of the body and encourage the arms to work evenly within the shoulder sockets. While one cannot expect a long term problem to be solved with just one class, the class will leave all participants feeling more space and more life in the upper body.
