Medicare 101:  For Cancer Patients

This FREE informational workshop is intended to help improve the lives of those with cancer and their caregivers.

From October 15 through December 7 of each year, current Medicare beneficiaries can make changes to their Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drugs plans.  This presentation will enable both current enrollees and those new to Medicare to better understand the options for obtaining coverage that fits specific needs and circumstances.

      Join CSC-BC Insurance 101 Instructor, Michael Grodsky as he helps you determine how and if you may use this open enrollment period to your benefit.  Lite lunch provided.

New Old Friends

I've recently become close with Abe and Frank, two older guys in my neighborhood. At 90 and 88 respectively, they’re not the typical age of my other friends. At first I wasn’t sure if it was friendship. Maybe they were just humoring me or passing the time. Why would old people want to be friends with me, a 35-year-old?
