Free Housing Tour in Downtown LA

Experience where to live, work and play in city’s vibrant center through free Saturday “Downtown L.A. Housing Bus Tour”


WHAT: Twice a month, the Downtown Center Business Improvement District (DCBID) offers free, guided bus tours of Downtown L.A.’s vibrant neighborhoods, showcasing six residences, both apartments and condos, while providing a great overview of its diverse neighborhoods. Walk in and view beautiful residences on the market, from loft-style apartments in historic buildings to modern, luxury apartments.

The extensive, four-hour tour also lets you experience what makes Downtown the hotspot for arts and culture, sports and entertainment, and dining and nightlife with introductions to some of its icons, including L.A. LIVE, STAPLES Center, the Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels. In addition, you will learn about all the amenities that make Downtown living easy, including Ralphs Fresh Fare, City Target, Rite Aide, Walgreens, Grand Central Market, shoe repair stores, dry cleaners, and more.

The tour runs twice a month on select Saturdays; upcoming tours are listed at DowntownLA.com/HousingTour.
Tours start at 9 am sharp, and end at approximately 1:30 pm.
