“Do not stand idly by your neighbor’s blood” [Lev. 19:16] charges to engage in caring and care giving as a central to Judaism. We must engage for the dear ones in our families, or for friends and neighbors of our communities. Rabbi Richie Address will keynote, addressing parameters, challenges and nuances of caring and care giving. Care giving varies, but emotions and burdens are common. Thematic breakout sessions will address various elements of care giving. This vital theme affects nearly every family, especially among Jews; we must address it, together.
