DESCRIPTION
Thinking about death is a spiritual practice that puts death into perspective and provides guidance, comfort and meaning. This workshop for Jewish and interfaith families deals with the choices that we need to make with special relevance to those facing end-of-life issues with their parents and their own mortality. We will examine Jewish end-of-life rituals and traditions from a psycho-spiritual perspective. Participants will receive a checklist of practices to use in making decisions about how Jewish end-of-life traditions will be incorporated into their plans.
