DESCRIPTION
In this class, we will practice a yoga sequence designed to make space and give relief for back issues. Please do not eat for at least two hours prior to class.  Wear comfortable exercise clothing and bare feet. Back problems are a major issue in our culture, affecting many people to the point of disability.  One can learn how to correct back imbalances via yoga, resulting in improved posture and pain reduction.  Yoga works slowly and steadily to heal and restructure the spine and the entire musculoskeletal system of the body.
