Light and easy, Taoist-based standing movement-meditations which can also be done seated or even lying on the floor.  After a gentle warm-up, we study Jewish text and then return to physically embody the inner meaning of what we have learned.  In this session, we will learn how the Shema can be used to overcome fear and lead to a higher level of consciousness.  You will leave this session feeling alive and awake like never before!  Not suitable for younger children.
