Peter Gallagher with Sheba Khodadad
The stars aligned for Camp Kesem’s “Fore” the Children Golf Tournament on Nov. 2, attracting the likes of Marcia Cross and Peter Gallagher to the MountainGate Country Club for the inaugural event.
Organizers raised $50,000 for Camp Kesem, a one-week overnight summer camp run by college students and designed for children who have or have lost a parent with cancer. There are more than 25 participating universities across the country, including California institutions like UCLA, UC Davis, UC San Diego, UC Berkeley and Stanford University, where Camp Kesem was founded.
