I wrote, in part, "We've been through recessions, depressions, silent hurts and a few vocal misunderstandings. But we've always come together again, pulled together, pulled upward when the other was down. And all the time you were the glue that kept the family together.
"If happiness is the scarcest gift on this contentious earth, surely we can count more than our allotted share."
So thank you, Love, for my life, my sanity and our family.
What say we jump on the old motorcycle and go out and celebrate?
