After graduating from law school -- he already knew he didn't want to work as a lawyer -- he got a job at the now defunct Soho Weekly News on the business side, working in circulation. He soon got his first story published on the front page. And he then shifted to the editorial side of magazines, with jobs at Family Circle and Discover. He joined Time in 1996.1 | 2 |
