Reflecting on the death of Osama Bin Laden, I explore why we should feel joy at his demise but still treat his body with respect, why his death, while significant and necessary, will not bring closure neither to those who lost loved ones at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon nor to the American people. What does Jewish tradition has to say as to how we treat the body even of a mass murderer?
