Hollywood comedy stars release four pro-Obama videos*

First came Sarah Silverman, who shot a video promoting the pro-Obama ‘Great Schlep’, and then came the response from Jackie Mason, who called Silverman a yenta for suggesting some older Jews might be racists in a video circulated by the Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC).

Now the the Jewish Alliance for Change has rounded up Hollywood comedy A-Listers Danny DeVito, Carl Reiner, Jerry Stiller, Valerie Harper, Garry Marshall, Larry Gelbart and Rhea Pearlman to shoot four 30-second spots backing Obama, aimed at older TV viewers.  (Note: DeVito and Marshall are notorious Jewish fellow travelers, but not Jewish themselves.)

They’re posted online at AintFunny.org, where the org is seeking donations to buy airtime for the commercials. 

“Remember,” says the Web site, “older folks don’t surf the Internet as much as you.”
