Top 10 sharpest circumcision ban headlines

Why does it seem like whenever a sex-related story breaks in the news, certain headline writers revert back to their 13-year-old perverted selves? 

In this case, California’s debate on the proposed circumcision ban has prompted slew of awful, fully pun-intended headlines guaranteed to make you cringe, and maybe even laugh.
