Easy smorgasbord to break the Yom Kippur fast

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 (16-ounce) jar herring in wine sauce, drained and thinly sliced
6 red radishes, thinly sliced
6 green onions, minced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Horseradish Sauce (recipe follows)
12 tiny sprigs of dill
