Rona has a deep passion for writing and the art of communication. She has always been intrigued by how seemingly simple words intentionally arranged on a page can powerfully influence a person's perception. Rona feels writing is her Gd given calling- a tool she has been given with which to inspire and connect. She is a dedicated mother, committed wife and avid community leader. Rona is married to Arash Lalezary, a family practice physician, and lives in Los Angeles with their two children. She enjoys hiking, traveling with her family and any opportunity to host guests.

Rona received her MBA with a focus on finance and entrepreneurship from The UCLA Anderson School of Management. Rona's undergraduate education was also at UCLA, where she was awarded Suma Cum Laude and graduated with a degree in Mass Media Communications. Rona spent five years raising funds for international non-profits, predominantly The Jewish Federation of LA, where she raised nearly $5 million for over 22 local and international charitable agencies.  Prior to having children, Rona worked as an investment professional at JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs in their Private Wealth Management offices.
